Site HSEQ Advisor

We're looking for a site based HSEQ Advisor to join our Perth Infrastructure Services team. You'll be responsible for overseeing a broad range of road construction and maintenance activities across Western Australia. This role will require frequent travel to site(s) and may involve periods of working away from home.

In this position you will:

Ensure our Safety System is effectively implemented on site.

Conduct/Lead ICAM investigations and prepare/conduct QSE audits and inspections.

Plant inspections, inductions, risk assessments and reviewing SWMS.

Collect, analyse and update data for reported injuries, hazards, incidents and near misses.

Liaise with project personnel and subcontractors to discuss issues and or incidents and corrective action.

Complete monthly reports and statistics and review/and implement legislative and regulatory changes.

Lead relevant safety training and assist in the management of injuries to achieve the best outcomes Together with advice/assistance on Roadworks Traffic Management.

Proven experience gained from other top or mid-tier contractors that deliver either construction or engineering maintenance projects with a strong commitment to a Living Safely culture and traffic management

Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety, leading of ICAM investigations and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills
