Placement Coordinator

The role is responsible for building strategic industry partnerships and strengthening work transition pathways across ITIs, Polytechnics and VTIs.

It will develop employer networks, facilitate industry engagement, exposure visits, placement drives and job fairs, and strengthen the capacity of Placement Officers and implementation partners through training, mentoring and best-practice sharing.

The role will also drive regional placement and alumni strategies , track learner outcomes, support landscape studies and document scalable industry–institution engagement models.

It will coordinate with state, regional and program teams, maintain employer and placement databases, ensure timely reporting, and manage interns or fellows as required.
