Job Purpose
Coordinate and supervise offshore brownfield, shutdown, hook-up, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
Represent the Company offshore while coordinating with Operations, OESS, EPC contractors, and subcontractors.
Support a major Compression Development Program in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Company HSE requirements, international standards, and project specifications.
- Supervise EPC contractors and subcontractors during offshore execution.
- Participate in safety, Permit to Work, and operational planning meetings.
- Monitor constructability, execution quality, and engineering deliverable compliance.
- Coordinate safe and efficient SIMOPS execution with OESS, Operations, and contractors.
- Review progress reports, identify delays and critical issues, and support corrective actions.
- Promote offshore safety and close assigned safety actions.
- Participate in lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A Higher National Diploma or equivalent technical qualification is required.
- At least 8 years of Oil & Gas experience in large-scale construction and offshore execution projects is required.
