Pipeline Welder

Regularly communicate with supervisor work progress, concerns, and questions

Maintain Operator Qualifications on “Cover Tasks” to meet compliance with DOT regulations

Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of pipeline facilities in accordance with company procedures/standards and DOT regulations

Maintain and promote safe, healthy, and clean work environment

Actively participate in safety committee or other team building groups

Participate in DOT/PHMSA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program

All employees are expected to be proactive in the safety & environmental programs

Must be able to respond immediately to emergency situations, repairs, and after-hours calls

Adherence to all company standards and procedures

Clean driving record and maintain current valid driver’s license

Possess leadership skills (i.e., relief supervisor contractor oversight, crew operations, etc.)

Compliance responsibilities include performing regulatory procedures, equipment inspections, and accurate procedural documentation

Must understand and comply with Federal, State, and local regulations including company standards and procedures

Ability to travel as needed
