Role Overview
Geoharbour Saudi Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Piling Foreman with hands-on piling operations and site supervision experience.
The role requires knowledge of piling rigs, equipment, pile testing, reinforcement works, and site-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily piling activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate site workforce, rig operators, helpers, steel fixers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor piling rigs, drilling tools, casing, tremie pipes, machinery, and equipment.
- Coordinate with consultants and client representatives during piling activities and inspections.
- Assist with static load, dynamic load, integrity, and other pile testing activities.
- Ensure piles meet required diameter, depth, alignment, reinforcement, and concrete requirements.
- Coordinate BBS, reinforcement cage fabrication, lifting, and installation.
- Monitor concrete pouring and coordinate with the batching plant and concrete suppliers.
- Maintain daily records of piling activities, production, concrete consumption, and site progress.
- Report technical or operational issues to the Site Engineer or Project Engineer.
- Maintain housekeeping, safe working practices, quality requirements, and HSE compliance.
- Coordinate with equipment operators to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
