Role overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Foreman – Soil Improvement with hands-on experience in soil improvement and piling works.
The role requires knowledge of construction equipment, pile testing, reinforcement cage preparation, and site team coordination.
Site supervision and coordination
- Supervise soil improvement and ground engineering activities at the project site.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and site instructions.
- Coordinate site workers, operators, technicians, helpers, consultants, client representatives, Site Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, manpower allocation, material usage, equipment productivity, and daily output.
Piling and reinforcement
- Maintain practical knowledge of piling and soil improvement operations.
- Assist with pile testing activities and related site requirements.
- Check BBS and reinforcement cages and supervise their preparation, lifting, and installation.
Equipment and reporting
- Monitor soil improvement machines, piling rigs, drilling equipment, pumps, generators, tools, and other site equipment.
