PHI - Principal Engineer – Agentic AI Insurance Core

Understanding of the Indian Health Insurance ecosystem and ABDM protocols.

Familiarity with medical coding frameworks: ICD‑10 / ICD‑11.

Experience migrating off SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Duck Creek, Guidewire, or equivalent.

You will design and own the “Nervous System” of the company while working closely with the CTIO, architecture, and business leadership .

The ideal candidate is a Builder who views SaaS as technical debt and believes in first‑principles engineering.

You should have:

8+ years of high-scale backend engineering experience.

2+ years building or deploying production-grade AI agents.

The mindset and discipline to operate in a Day‑1, high-intensity, IP‑first environment.

A bias toward creating proprietary systems over stitching SaaS components.
