Responsibilities

• Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. • Supervises performance against operating metrics, reassigns tasks, and resolves routine issues to sustain delivery reliability.
• Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards; escalates exceptions per defined thresholds.
• Maintains compliance with safety, privacy/security, and documentation standards while reinforcing required training and practices.
• Implements small-scale process and tool improvements using established methods and validates outcomes with defined metrics.
• Administers people management activities including onboarding, coaching, performance tracking, and documentation in line with organizational practices.
• Communicates status updates, service expectations, and workflow dependencies to team members and stakeholders.
