This is a part-time hybrid role for a Pharmacy Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee prescription processing, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
Additional responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, facilitating immunization services, and maintaining high-quality pharmacy practices focused on patient care and safety.
Collaboration with healthcare providers and contributing to a positive work environment will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and delivering prescriptions efficiently and accurately
- Experience supervising Pharmacy Technicians and providing guidance on operational tasks
- Skills in administering Immunizations in compliance with healthcare guidelines
- Strong knowledge of relevant pharmacy regulations and best practices
- Relevant professional licensure and certifications in pharmacy
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or pharmacy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy or a related field
