This is a part-time hybrid role for a Guest Relations Manager based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site responsibilities and flexible work-from-home options.
The Guest Relations Manager will handle customer interactions, ensure excellent customer service, address client queries, and improve overall satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences.
- Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills for managing inquiries and improving client interactions.
- Ability to deliver effective Training to ensure a high standard of service excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills to handle challenging customer needs.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.
- Familiarity with the taxation sector or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
