Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our Dubai location.
This is a hybrid role, requiring both on-site management and remote oversight.
Responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities, performing or coordinating equipment repairs, developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, and managing maintenance schedules to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and facilities.
The Maintenance Manager will also address any urgent repair needs and uphold safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance teams and coordinate tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Experience in Maintenance Management, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Sound knowledge in Maintenance & Repair processes and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in safety and compliance protocols
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role in office or industrial facilities management is an advantage
