Responsibilities
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and clinical appropriateness before dispensing.
- Dispense prescription and over the counter medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Provide patients with counseling on medication use, dosage, storage, precautions, side effects, and potential drug interactions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare authority regulations, pharmacy standards, and organizational policies.
- Manage controlled medicines, including receiving, storage, dispensing, record keeping, inventory reconciliation, and disposal in accordance with applicable UAE regulations.
- Maintain controlled drug registers and ensure accurate documentation for all controlled medication transactions.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions for all pharmaceutical products, including narcotic and controlled medications.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile controlled medicine records with physical stock.
- Report discrepancies, medication incidents, or suspected diversion in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and resolve prescription related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
- Valid UAE Pharmacist DHA License is mandatory
- Minimum of 2–4 years of pharmacy experience, including experience managing controlled medicines
- Experience in hospital, community, or retail pharmacy settings is preferred
- Sound knowledge of controlled medicine regulations, inventory management, and pharmaceutical documentation

Pay
- AED5,000.00 AED6,000.00 per month
