About the Role
Novomed Centers is seeking an experienced Operation Theatre Registered Nurse to assist in surgeries, maintain sterile fields, and ensure patient safety. The role requires a DHA license and 3-5 years of experience in plastic surgery, laparoscopy, general surgery, or orthopedics in the UAE.

- Sterilize the operating room, set up sterile tables, and ensure all instruments are contamination free
- Anticipate the surgeon's needs, passing instruments, sponges, and other items efficiently during the procedure
- Conduct accurate, methodical counts of instruments, sponges, and sharps before, during, and after surgery to prevent retained foreign objects
- Prepare the patient, equipment, and surgical site prior to the procedure
- Work closely with surgeons and circulating nurses to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized operation
- Assist with cleaning instruments and preparing the room for the next patient

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
- DHA licensed Registered nurse
- Minimum 3 to 5 yrs of experience in assisting Plastic surgery, Laparoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics with in UAE.
