Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for multiple doctors and specialties
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and reception teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide accurate information regarding medical services, consultation fees, and clinic policies
- Meet daily and monthly call handling and patient service KPIs
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations
Requirements
- UAE medical/healthcare experience is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical call center, hospital, medical center, or clinic within the UAE
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
- Experience using healthcare CRM or EMR systems is preferred
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced healthcare environment

Overview
