Role Overview
Guide and inspire members to achieve fitness goals and healthier lifestyles.
Provide personalized training and coaching based on physiology, physical transformation, mindset coaching, and nutrition.
Foster a supportive and motivating environment within the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized training sessions to members and support their fitness goals.
- Create customized workout and nutrition plans for individual clients.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with members.
- Coach members through positive mental and physical transformation.
- Educate members on sustainable lifestyle changes using physiology and mindset coaching.
- Guide members on gym equipment, exercise techniques, and safety protocols.
- Convert members into long-term clients and build a consistent client base.
- Orient new members to the gym and its equipment.
- Maintain personal fitness and wellness as an example to members.
- Possess or obtain first aid responder certification for emergency assistance.
Qualifications and Skills
- REPS Level 3 or equivalent certification in personal training and fitness coaching.
