Fitness First Middle East is seeking Membership Sales & Retention Managers to join its Abu Dhabi team.
Role responsibilities
- Ensure the sales team achieves its agreed monthly sales budget, club membership closing count, and net gain through profitable and sustainable growth.
- Lead membership consultants to achieve the club sales budget.
- Lead member retention consultants to achieve leaver goals and net gain.
- Drive retention through excellent customer service for club members and non-members.
- Drive new membership sales daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Lead and focus on lead-generation activities.
- Handle member queries effectively and provide solution-oriented responses.
Eligibility criteria
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Team handling and management skills are required.
- A target- and goal-driven approach is expected.
- A positive, solution-oriented, and can-do mindset is expected.
