About the Role
Alhodood Technologies is seeking an experienced Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant in Dubai to support the Chairman/Executive. The role involves managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential matters.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman's/Executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and business events
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal matters
- Handle incoming communications, prioritize requests, and ensure timely follow up
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and execution of tasks
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries
- Ensure efficient office administration and executive support functions
- Support special projects and assignments as directed by the Chairman or senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant in the UAE
- Proven experience supporting Owners, Chairmen, CEOs, Managing Directors, or C Level Executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Highly presentable, professional, and polished personality
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Hindi and Tagalog speakers will be preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred

Pay
- AED25,000.00 AED30,000.00 per month
