Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional **Personal Secretary** to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. **Arabic language proficiency is strongly preferred.**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and official documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and bookings
- Maintain office filing systems and documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Provide personal assistance and support as required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- **Fluency in Arabic and English** (spoken and written) preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment
