We’re Hiring: HR Administrator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **HR Administrator** to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related procedures
- Support payroll preparation and leave management
- Assist in recruitment and employee relations activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Mandatory fluency in **Tagalog and English**
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
