We’re Hiring: Payroll Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Payroll Accountant** to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll processes in the UAE and strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, WPS (Wage Protection System), and company policies
- Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation
- Handle salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and end-of-service benefits
- Coordinate with HR on employee data, leave records, and final settlements
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE payroll procedures and WPS regulations
- Mandatory fluency in **Tagalog and English**
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
