- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with budgeting.
- Run personal errands and oversee household or personal service providers when required.
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with event planning and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
