- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare and file Form A, Form B, Form I (RERA forms)
- Prepare VAT invoices as per UAE regulations
- Maintain updated property inventory sheets
- Respond to WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Assign leads to agents
- Maintain key log register
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate administration
- Knowledge of Property Finder and Bayut systems
- Familiar with RERA procedures and Trakheesi permits
- Strong Excel skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Professional communication in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily real estate operations.
- The ideal candidate must be familiar with Dubai property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut, and capable of handling documentation, listings, client coordination, and office administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage listings on Property Finder and Bayut
- Verify listings (Trakheesi / DLD requirements)
- Ensure accurate property descriptions, pricing, and images
- Refresh and update listings regularly
- Monitor listing performance and lead flow
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare and file Form A, Form B, Form I (RERA forms)
- Manage tenancy contracts, MOU, and NOC documents
- Maintain key logs and property handover records
- Issue acknowledgment receipts
- Prepare VAT invoices as per UAE regulations
- Maintain commission records
Required Skills
- Experience in Dubai real estate administration
- Knowledge of Property Finder and Bayut systems
- Familiar with RERA procedures and Trakheesi permits
- Strong Excel skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Professional communication (English required)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous real estate brokerage experience
- Knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes
- Understanding of VAT in UAE real estate
Pay
- Pay: AED1,745.90 AED5,738.11 per month
