Overview

We Are Hiring: Personal Assistant / GM Secretary – Jeddah

We are looking for a professional

Personal Assistant And Gm Secretary

to support the

General Manager’s Office

in

Jeddah

.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing executive schedules while ensuring smooth coordination between the GM and internal teams.

Executive Support

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and confidential correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Act as the main point of contact between the GM and internal departments
  • Handle incoming requests and prioritize tasks on behalf of the GM

Administrative Coordination

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the GM’s office
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on tasks

Meetings & Events

  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during leadership meetings
  • Follow up on action items with relevant departments
  • Organize meetings, visits, and executive events

Government & Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with HR/PRO regarding documentation, permits, and official requirements when needed
  • Ensure all administrative practices follow company policies and local regulations in KSA

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

✔ Minimum

4–5 years of experience

as a

Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary supporting senior leadership

Fluent in English

(written and spoken)

✔ Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

✔ High level of

confidentiality, organization, and professionalism
