Requirements
- Strong instructional and training skills, including experience delivering teacher training or professional development in K 12 settings
- Solid knowledge of K 12 curriculum, pedagogy, and contemporary teaching methodologies
- Native Arabic proficiency and very good command of English
- Ability to design engaging training materials and practical classroom activities
- Confident presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfort with educational technology and digital resources
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Arabic Language, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
- Proven classroom teaching experience in K 12 (preferably in Arabic or bilingual programs)

Role Description
- The Arabic Speaker Teacher Trainer (K 12) is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Focuses on training and coaching K 12 teachers in Arabic and English on the effective use of Perfect Purity’s educational resources and curricula.
- Responsibilities include designing and delivering workshops, demonstrations, and classroom based training, as well as modeling best practices in pedagogy and 21st century skills.
- Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to support implementation plans, conduct follow up visits, and provide feedback to improve teaching outcomes.
- Prepare training materials, report on training impact, and work closely with internal teams to align training with product updates and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional and training skills, including experience delivering teacher training, workshops, or professional development in K 12 settings.
- Solid knowledge of K 12 curriculum, pedagogy, and contemporary teaching methodologies, including student centered and skills based approaches.
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic (native) and very good command of English.
- Ability to design engaging training materials, lesson demonstrations, and practical classroom activities aligned with curriculum standards.
- Confident presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfort with educational technology, digital resources, and online or blended training tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arabic Language, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field; a teaching license or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.
- Proven classroom teaching experience in K 12 (preferably in Arabic or bilingual programs).
