- Design and deliver professional development workshops and in class coaching sessions for K 12 educators
- Create and adapt training materials, model lessons, and demonstration classes in both Arabic and English
- Collaborate with school leadership and teachers to assess training needs and provide feedback
- Coordinate training schedules and report on training impact
- Support sales and academic teams with product expertise
- Stay current with K 12 educational trends and best practices in the region
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Education, with proven experience in K 12 Teaching and Training
- Demonstrated expertise in Lesson Planning and curriculum alignment
- Excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English
- Experience delivering teacher Training sessions and coaching educators
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field; teaching qualification or certification strongly preferred
- Familiarity with K 12 curricula, instructional technology, and 21st century skills frameworks
- Ability to travel within the region as needed

Role Description
