Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Personal Assistant to the Director.
The Personal Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, appointments, and day-to-day administrative activities.
Responsibilities will also include coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and providing high-level assistance to ensure the Director’s time is efficiently managed.
The role may also involve clerical tasks and correspondence management.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to provide effective support in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Diary Management and Communication skills to organize appointments and ensure clear, professional correspondence.
- Strong Clerical Skills for managing records, paperwork, and maintaining an organized workflow.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Working knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and general administrative tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role (0-2 years) is required.
