Role Description
- Support the sales and business development team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Research target markets and assist with lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research, maintain and update customer databases.
- Prepare sales presentations and basic proposals.
- Follow up on inquiries under supervision.
- Support customer communication and coordinate with internal teams.
- Contribute to reports on sales performance and business trends.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to support lead generation efforts.
- Experience or coursework in market research.
- Customer service mindset.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks on site.
- Interest in industrial products or manufacturing; prior exposure to B2B or technical sales is a plus.
- Eligibility and willingness to work full time on site in Dubai.
