Role overview
Provide personal and executive assistance to an employer in Taloja, Navi Mumbai.
The role requires discretion, organization, multitasking, professionalism, and willingness to travel if required.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
- The posting also states CTC of ₹35,000 per month.
Schedule
- Working hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., six days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange flights, hotels, and itineraries when required.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Organize and prioritize tasks and follow up on key deliverables.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal departments, clients, or partners.
- Maintain expense reports, deliverables, filing systems, and organized records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Assist with personal matters and monitor expenses or budgets when requested.
