Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and operational positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates.
- Recruit for technical, manufacturing, sales, administration, and support roles.
- Conduct HR screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage joining, onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing.
- Handle grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
