Role Purpose

As a Personal Assistant to the Owner at CASA PONS, you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and organizational support.

You will act as a trusted point of coordination, ensuring the Owner’s schedule, communications, and priorities are managed efficiently and professionally.

This role requires discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while reflecting the brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Supporting event coordination, meetings, and special projects.
  • Managing the Owner’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Managing emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Owner.
  • Following up on tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
  • Organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administration or business support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role (preferably in the UAE).
