Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and system access
- Manage user accounts, IT assets, data backups, and antivirus systems
- Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems, including reviewing footage as required
- Coordinate with vendors for IT and CCTV related services and maintenance
- Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and data protection standards
- Maintain documentation of systems, support logs, and updates
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, basic network administration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with office software, cloud tools, and remote support systems
- Basic understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, and network protocols
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle technical issues under pressure
- Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately

Role Purpose
- We are looking for an IT Support Executive to independently manage all IT operations for the company. As the sole IT person, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all systems, networks, and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and system access
- Manage user accounts, IT assets, data backups, and antivirus systems
- Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems, including reviewing footage as required

Qualifications

Salary
- AED 2,500 AED 3,000 per month
