Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will manage the CEO's daily schedule, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential information, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day tasks.

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Screen calls, emails, and other communications.

Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

Maintain confidential documents and records.

Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
