Role Overview
The role combines junior accounting responsibilities with administrative and operations coordination.
The position supports financial reporting, payroll, billing, vendors, scheduling, inventory, and operational documentation.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Collaborate with financial managers and team members on accounting tasks.
- Maintain ledgers and daily financial transactions.
- Create bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in ledgers and accounts.
- Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
- Coordinate vendor, contractor, and service-provider payments and billing.
- Verify company-account payments and deposits and coordinate with the bank.
- Create daily reports for management and team members.
Administrative and Operations Duties
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.
- Monitor project timelines and prepare management status reports.
- Serve as the main vendor contact for purchase orders, invoice reviews, and payment tracking.
- Maintain inventory for supplies and equipment.
- Update and organize operational data in CRMs or shared drives.
