Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage computers, servers, networks, printers, CCTV, and related systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and network security.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, email accounts, and related applications.
• Monitor data backup, antivirus, security, and recovery systems.
• Manage IT assets, software installations, updates, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers, and AMC companies.
• Support ERP and business applications; SAP Business One experience is preferred.
• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding, including access and equipment allocation.
• Maintain documentation, licenses, and records and minimize disruption to operations.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and IT infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage daily IT requirements with minimal supervision.
• Experience with an IT AMC or managed IT services company is highly preferred.
• Experience in a trading, warehouse, or automotive environment is advantageous.

• IT operations cover office and warehouse locations.
