Role Details
The position is a permanent Personal Assistant role in Non-Academic Administration.
The line manager is the Principal, with functional reporting listed as not applicable.
The role supports the Principal, Heads of Departments, senior leadership, and the smooth operation of school functions.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Orient and induct new parents and students.
- Carry out specific projects and research.
- Facilitate the annual review and update of school policies.
- Publish approved policies on the School Portal.
- Draft, type, and dispatch reports, articles, letters, newsletters, agendas, and meeting records.
- Check school correspondence before it is sent for the Principal's signature.
- Maintain office systems, data management, and filing.
- Use IT resources to support presentations, conferences, and recruitment fairs.
- Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.
- Attend meetings with the SLT.
- Coordinate, distribute, and collate documentation between homes and schools.
- Streamline processes to improve team efficiency.
