Role Overview

- This role serves as the CEO's strategic lifestyle coordinator — the connection point between vision and reality across all personal operations.
- You'll orchestrate flawless execution across experience curation, strategic sourcing, provider network development, and proactive personal operations.
What You'll Need
- 2 3 years of experience in concierge services, lifestyle management, hospitality, or executive/personal assistant roles where you've demonstrated exceptional execution
- Master researcher with an ability to quickly identify and vet high quality providers, products, and solutions
- Resourceful problem solver who thrives on challenges and finds solutions where others see obstacles
- Exceptional communication skills with the polish to represent a CEO in all interactions with premium service providers
- Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or missed follow ups
- Strong network building skills and comfort interfacing with luxury and high end service environments
- Tech savvy with strong proficiency in G Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Flexible mindset with availability for occasional evening/weekend coordination
