- Own Puffy's experimentation program from hypothesis to business recommendation
- Pull data from Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and BigQuery independently
- Design tests, run statistical analysis, and deliver clear business recommendations
- Analyze conversion funnels and identify user drop off points
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to implement changes
Requirements
- 3+ years in data analysis, experimentation, or CRO within e commerce, D2C, or high traffic transactional websites
- Strong SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, CTEs
- Working Python (or R) for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation
- Proven A/B testing experience from hypothesis design through statistical analysis to business recommendation
- Hands on GA4 experience with event based tracking and custom explorations
- Experience integrating ad platform data (Google Ads, Meta) with site analytics
- Ability to independently connect to and pull from multiple data sources without engineering support
- Sharp analytical communication skills for non technical stakeholders

Position Overview

What You'll Do
- Own Puffy's experimentation program from hypothesis to business recommendation.
- Pull data from Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and BigQuery yourself.
- Design the test, run the statistical analysis, and tell the business what to change and why.
- Deliver clear recommendations that marketing, UX, and development can act on the same week.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years in data analysis, experimentation, or CRO within e commerce, D2C, or high traffic transactional websites.
