Position Overview
Provide comprehensive personal, administrative, and business support to the Owner.
The role requires a proactive, organized, trustworthy, professional, flexible, and confidential approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Owner's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with departments, clients, and external vendors.
- Manage personal and business errands and maintain confidential records.
- Follow up on tasks, provide administrative support, and work outside regular office hours when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hindi-speaking ability is mandatory and candidates unable to speak Hindi will not be considered.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, multitasking, time management, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
