Role Overview
Mondus Properties L.L.C. operates in real estate and financial trading, including COMEX and Forex-related activities.
The company is seeking a reliable, technically strong IT Specialist to manage daily IT infrastructure and employee support.
The role supports business-critical technology, data protection, and trading-related systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for employee hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install and maintain computers, printers, scanners, office applications, email, and user access.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain routers, switches, access points, firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security, backups, and updates.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, VoIP, video conferencing, and meeting-room technology.
- Document IT systems, equipment, access procedures, passwords, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and assist with IT purchases, upgrades, and requirements.
Required Technical Skills
- Practical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with email configuration, computer troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
