Job Overview
Mondus Properties seeks an IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operation of business-critical technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment
- Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365
- Set up and manage company email accounts and user access
- Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access controls
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and network connectivity issues
- Maintain routers, switches, access points, and basic firewall configurations
- Monitor and maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and system updates
- Maintain regular data backups and assist with data recovery when required
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records
- Coordinate with internet, telecom, software, and hardware vendors when required
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control systems, and other office technology
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
