The employer is seeking a Butler / Personal Assistant to provide personal and business support to a VIP or executive.
The executive is involved in real estate, architecture, and property development.
Salary
- The stated salary is AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate personal and business-related tasks.
- Assist with property viewings, meetings, and site visits.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and personal errands.
- Follow up on business and property-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Coordinate with drivers, household staff, and external service providers.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Butler, Personal Assistant, Executive PA, or Personal Assistant.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or property development is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional, presentable, discreet, and trustworthy conduct.
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
