Infinity Developments is hiring a Broker Relationship Manager in Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses on building business relationships, expanding professional networks, and growing broker partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Develop strategies to expand and strengthen the broker network.
- Serve as the main contact for broker inquiries and support.
- Generate new business opportunities through broker partnerships.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and regular broker follow-ups.
- Monitor broker performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to support excellent service and smooth transactions.
- Achieve partnership and business development targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- A target-driven, proactive, and highly organized approach.
- Broker or real estate experience is preferred.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
