Provide person-centred support that empowers each client to make choices and maintain independence in their daily lives.
Assist clients with daily living activities both at home and in the community, including personal care, meal preparation and assistance, medication support, and behaviour support.
Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepover shifts across weekdays and weekends.
Permanent part-time roster lines will range from approximately 25 to 45 hours per fortnight.
