• We’re looking for a Video Editor specialized in performance ads to join Orion and help us scale aggressively across paid channels.
• This is not a “make it look nice” role.
• This is about editing videos that convert.
• What you’ll do
• Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Turn raw content into scroll-stopping creatives
• Test hooks, formats, angles, and variations fast
• Repurpose winning creatives into multiple versions
• Work closely with media buyers and the growth team
• What we’re looking for
• Proven experience editing direct response / paid ads
• Strong understanding of hook, pacing, retention, and conversion
• Fast execution (speed over perfection)
• Ability to follow data and iterate based on performance
• Comfortable with high-volume output

Experience In Trading And Finance Niche

• Motion graphics / animation
• Understanding of UGC-style creatives
