Role Overview
Master Works subsidiary Adree is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to lead performance testing initiatives across enterprise applications.
The role requires hands-on performance engineering, workload modeling, and test automation experience to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop performance-testing strategy, standards, templates, quality gates, and roadmaps.
- Create workload models from business volumes, usage patterns, architecture, service objectives, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Plan and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, capacity, spike, and volume tests.
- Build and maintain performance scripts, scenarios, parameterization, correlation, test data, and reusable components.
- Coordinate environment, monitoring, access, data, and service-virtualization readiness with technical teams.
- Analyze monitoring data to identify bottlenecks, root causes, capacity constraints, and SLA issues.
- Integrate tests into delivery pipelines and produce baselines, trends, reports, risks, and release recommendations.
- Lead defect triage, tuning discussions, effort planning, deliverable reviews, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
