Performance Reporting & Analytics Analyst

5+ years of demonstrable experience in business intelligence, or market data analysis within a global organization.

Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and familiarity with modern data technologies & reporting tools like Power BI.

Ability to clearly present complex data insights, generate and deliver actionable insights.

Experience in communication and messaging tailored to a senior audience, demonstrating the ability to convey clear story and influence.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and skilled in collaborating within fast-paced, matrixed organizations, building effective relationships and influencing decision-makers across diverse geographies and functions.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different functions and geographies, fostering a shared understanding.
