About the Role

  • iWA Group is looking for a results driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid lead generation across Meta, Google, and X.
  • You'll build full funnel campaigns and ad content that turn spend into qualified leads for our real estate, tourism, investment, and luxury membership brands — with an AI first approach to creative, research, and analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads (primary focus), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), and X, owning cost per lead (CPL) and ROAS.
  • Build complete lead gen funnels — ad creative, audience targeting, landing pages, lead forms, and retargeting.
  • Create and direct ad content (copy, creative concepts, short form video) aligned with each platform's policies and the premium positioning of our brands.
  • Set up lead capture and connect it to the CRM — Meta lead forms, Pixel/Conversions API, GA4, UTM tagging — so every lead lands clean and attributed.
  • Run structured A/B tests to continuously lower CPL and lift conversion rates.
  • Report weekly on spend, leads, CPL, CTR, and ROAS with clear recommendations.

Must Have Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands on performance marketing with a demonstrable track record of generating qualified leads (share CPL and ROAS numbers).
  • Advanced, hands on Meta Ads Manager expertise — campaign structure, Advantage+, custom/lookalike audiences, CAPI setup, budget scaling.
  • Strong command of Google Ads and working experience with X Ads.
  • Deep knowledge of platform ad policies (Meta, Google, X) and the ability to run compliant campaigns in sensitive verticals like real estate, investments, and high value services.
  • Daily use of AI tools for copy, creative, research, and analysis.
  • Solid grasp of GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing real estate, travel/tourism, luxury, or investment products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot) and basic lead routing.
  • Landing page building (Webflow/Unbounce) and CRO basics.
  • Meta and Google certifications.

Compensation

  • AED 4,000–8,000/month (based on experience and proven results)
