Position Overview

  • We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our company’s digital presence across all major social media platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, publishing, and managing daily content while ensuring every post aligns with our brand identity, marketing objectives, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Schedule, upload, and publish content according to the approved content plan.
  • Ensure all posts are published accurately, on time, and with the correct captions, hashtags, locations, and tags.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, tone of voice, visual identity, and company brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with the content creation, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas and posting strategies.
  • Write and optimize engaging captions that reflect the company’s brand voice.
  • Organize and manage digital content assets for efficient publishing.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience engagement, escalating customer inquiries to the appropriate department when required.
  • Track social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports on growth, engagement, reach, and campaign results.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, launches, events, and promotional activities across all social media channels.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging social media platforms.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of branding, visual consistency, and brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Experience in the real estate, tourism, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle industry is an advantage but not required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and other social media management platforms.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and social media best practices.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.

  • Ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute organized monthly content plans.
  • Improve audience engagement and follower growth through effective content scheduling and platform management.
  • Deliver timely performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all social media activities support the company’s marketing goals and brand standards.
