- Research trending tourism content and social media trends
- Develop creative content ideas and write compelling video scripts
- Plan and organize video shoots across various locations in Dubai and the UAE
- Film high quality videos using smartphones, cameras, and gimbals
- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, and sound effects
- Create content that aligns with the company’s brand identity
- Capture behind the scenes content during tours and experiences
- Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, hotels, and partners during filming
- Maintain an organized library of video footage and project files
- Meet weekly and monthly content production targets
- Suggest new content formats and creative campaigns to increase social media growth
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media
- Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Excellent mobile videography and camera handling skills
- Ability to write engaging scripts and create compelling visual stories
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory
- Must be willing to travel across Dubai and other Emirates for content shoots

Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Content Creator to join our tourism marketing team in Dubai.
- You will be responsible for planning, scripting, filming, and editing high quality short form and long form videos that showcase Dubai’s attractions, luxury experiences, hotels, desert adventures, cultural landmarks, and unique tourism experiences.

Pay
- AED2,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month
