Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for e commerce
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels and markets to optimize spend
- Run and optimize Meta and TikTok campaigns
- Work with MMPs for attribution and performance analysis
- Brief creative teams and provide structured feedback on short form video assets
Requirements
- Must be from E Commerce background
- 3 to 5 years of hands on performance marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on paid social
- Experience managing and allocating performance marketing budgets across channels and markets
- Proven track record running Meta and TikTok campaigns
- Experience working with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or equivalent) and understanding attribution
- Exposure to q commerce, food delivery, or e commerce is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience briefing creative teams and giving structured feedback on short form video assets (preferred)
- Hands on use of AI tools in a marketing context (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) (preferred)

Mandatory Requirements
- Must be from E Commerce background, Arabic speakers are preferred not mandatory.
- Experience in paid campaigns execution and performance marketing
